How do I enter the information and photos to appear on the cards?

Use our website or mobile phone app to enter the data. Both have an easy to use cropping tool to ensure the photos are the correct size.

Are the cards durable?

The cards are made of PVC plastic, which – as most people trying to destroy old credit cards have noticed – is very hard to damage. These cards are much less susceptible to tears or rips that are common occurrences with laminated or standard paper ID cards. They are entirely waterproof so there is no need to worry about rain or coffee damage. They will last a very long time, much longer than laminated cards in a plastic pouch.

What are the cards like?

The cards can be printed in full colour both sides or colour on the front and black and white on the back. The designs can include logos, signature, photographs, a wide range of font types, graphics, shapes, lines barcodes, qrcodes etc.

Can you print on our access control/clocking cards?

The cards can be printed in full colour both sides or colour on the front and black and white on the back. The designs can include logos, signature, photographs, a wide range of font types, graphics, shapes, lines barcodes, qrcodes etc.

Can you encode the magnetic stripe on the card?

We can automatically encode any track as the card is printed, ensuring the correct data goes on the card.

Can I send a spreadsheet to get the bulk initial cards set up?

Yes; we accept data in most format including: Microsoft Excel. Text Files, Access etc. you need to send the photos cropped and a field in the file to identify them. Alternatively, we can load the data and you add the photos as required.

I am not good with computers, is it simple to use?

It could not simpler! We send you all the details to log on together with a step by step guide. If you have any problems give our team a call and we will talk you through the process.

How long does it take the cards to be delivered?

We have the fastest turnaround in the business. Automated production means orders received before 3:30pm are normally shipped that day.

Is there a minimum batch size to avoid extra charges?

Absolutely not! Same cost per card no matter what the batch size is. Other bureaus charge you much more for small orders. This produces large savings when the system is set up and you are only ordering cards in ones and twos.
